Amy Gurowitz is Associate Director of New Era and Energy Transitions Programs at the Institute of International Studies
Amy Gurowitz is a lecturer in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. She is a specialist in International Relations, teaching and researching in the areas of international ethics, human rights, and the politics of immigration. Her publications include articles in World Politics, International Politics, and the Journal of Asian Studies as well as several book chapters. Prior to receiving her Ph.D. from Cornell University Gurowitz was a fellow at Harvard University’s Center for International Affairs and a recipient of an SSRC-MacArthur Politics in a Changing World Fellowship.
