Comprised of six undergraduate majors and three graduate degree programs. IASTP is a unique intellectual domain.  It is committed to undergraduate teaching and is an integral part of the Division of Undergraduate Interdisciplinary Studies (UGIS) in the College of Letters Sciences (L&S).

Berkeley Programs for Study Abroad is the UC Berkeley resource center for the University of California Education Abroad Program (EAP). For 47 years, EAP has been sending students abroad for the challenge and adventure of a lifetime. In the 2008-2009 academic year, UC Berkeley sent over 750 students on programs that provided the skills and awareness necessary for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world.
