Our guest today is Alice Karekezi, an international lawyer and a visiting fellow at the Human Rights Center at the University of California at Berkeley. She is a monitor for the International Tribunal for Rwanda, and a program officer for Justice, Human Rights, and Governance at the National University of Rwanda.
